Guest Speakers

Bruce Young
CPA, CA, CEA

Bruce is the founder of Collective Agreement, a Toronto-based estate and trust advisory service. He focuses on estate/trust administration and also assists trusted advisors with their clients’ incapacity and estate planning.

He earned his CA designation while at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), honing his entrepreneurial skills by specializing in insolvency and litigation support. This foundation supported his transition to business, taking on leadership roles for equity investors of midsized companies and subsequently working with startups. Consistently embracing innovative thinking, he has developed a multidisciplinary skill set and a results-oriented pragmatism.

Applying this framework to his estate and trust advisory services, he leverages a lean, tech-enabled operating model along with time-based fees, to provide a cost-effective alternative to traditional estate administration services.

He works with clients across Canada, referred by legal, accounting and financial professionals typically for more complex or dispute-prone estates and trusts. Bruce has become known as the guru of estate messes and for his hands-on, personalized client service. His estate/trust administration expertise, combined with his ability to simplify its complexity for clients and advisors alike, has contributed to him becoming a valued speaker and his webinars attract strong attendance from Canada’s financial community.

More speakers will be announced soon—stay tuned!
